GCC / MENA
Tile leveling clips for the GCC and MENA trade
First orders into this market are usually mixed rather than single-SKU: several widths, often several components, in one container. That is a packing question more than a product question, and it is where the one-bag minimum does the most work.
A mixed container is a normal first order
Because the minimum is one bag of 100 pieces and it applies per SKU rather than per order, a first container can carry four joint widths at one or two cartons each without forcing a full carton commitment on any single line. The 410-carton figure for a 20ft is a ceiling, not a target — a part-loaded container is a normal way to open a market.
The same logic covers components: clips, wedges and pliers in one load, on mixed pallets, so a distributor can open with a complete system instead of waiting for a second shipment.
| What a first container usually mixes | Unit | Minimum |
|---|---|---|
| Clips, per joint width | 1 bag of 100 pcs | 1 bag per SKU |
| Reusable wedges | 1 bag of 100 pcs | 1 bag per SKU |
| Leveling pliers | 1 bag of 100 pcs | 1 bag per SKU |
Bag fill and bags per carton are customizable, so the carton count moves with the packing you specify.
Private label and volume packing
Private label is the usual requirement rather than the exception. Your brand goes on the bag, the retail card or the carton, with artwork checked against a proof before production starts.
- Your brand on bag, card or carton
- Neutral bulk bags where the label is applied locally
- Retail-ready cards for shelf presentation
- Barcodes and carton labels to your specification
What the carton carries
The default carton holds 30 bags of 100 pieces — 3000 pieces — and measures 57 × 37.5 × 33.5 cm. That box is the unit every container figure is built on, so a change to the bag fill changes the loading plan as well as the label.
Labelling and barcode content are agreed per order. If your market requires the label in Arabic, that is an artwork question and it is settled on the proof rather than after printing.
Documents and classification
HS code 3926909090, classified under plastics. No certification is claimed for the clips; where a buyer needs compliance documents, those are confirmed per order rather than assumed.
Trade terms are FOB, CIF or EXW, and the minimum order is identical under all three — what changes is who pays the freight and where risk transfers, not the quantity that gets packed.
Lead time
Samples leave the factory within 3 days. A full container takes about 20 days of production before it is ready to load. If you are opening a market with a mixed container, the binding constraint is usually the packing line rather than the moulding line, because every bag is a separate weighing, sealing and labelling cycle.
