UBC1 Series insulation monitoring module
UBC1 series products are insulation monitoring devices integrated with various high-voltage monitoring functions, including DC to ground insulation resistance monitoring (respectively monitoring positive and negative electrode to ground insulation resistance in real time), DC voltage monitoring, EV side DC voltage monitoring (special function of DC charging pile), voltage reverse connection alarm. DC capacitance discharge (DC charging pile special function) and other safety monitoring functions. It can be used in EV DC charging system, photovoltaic system, energy storage system, DC power grid and other DC systems. This product has the function of insulation monitoring start-stop. After the insulation monitoring is started, the positive and negative electrode insulation resistance to the ground can be monitored in real time. The monitoring results are not affected by DC voltage fluctuations or the symmetry of the positive and negative electrode insulation resistance.

UBC1 Series Features
1. Powerful function, can be integrated: charging pile voltage measurement + insulation resistance monitoring + EV voltage measurement + capacitor discharge and other measurement functions;
2. Wider power supply range, compatible with 12V and 24V input, input power supply range of 9~30V;
3. The insulation monitoring range is wider, which can realize the insulation resistance monitoring in the DC range of 100V~1000V;
4. The monitoring accuracy is higher and the speed is faster. The precision and speed of insulation resistance monitoring and voltage measurement are greatly improved, and the insulation resistance monitoring results can be obtained within 2.5 seconds after powered-on.
5. Higher reliability, the insulation resistance monitoring results are not affected when the DC voltage fluctuates.
6. Self-adaptive to ground capacitance, realizing insulation resistance monitoring when the positive and negative capacitance to ground is less than 3uF;
7. More convenient parameter setting, all communication parameters can be set by dip switch (including communication address, baud rate, parity check);
